Fiscal Specialist – Banking Operations – Community College District – $24-27/hr W2 – Hybrid Tempe
The work (from the client posting):
- Performs a variety of financial accounting transaction review.
- Responsible for processing all banking-related accounting transactions for the Accounts Payable and Payroll bank accounts for all campuses.
- Responsible for annual Unclaimed Property reporting to the State of Arizona.
- Handles banking items including bank supplies, daily bank exception review, deposit correction review, and monthly bank downloads.
- Responsible for maintaining, verifying, and monitoring accounts, files, documents, and records.
- Provides Treasury-related support and assistance to students and staff.
Must have: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel experience · Data entry experience · Financial experience
