About the Role
SunSoft Online isrecruiting a Level 1 Service DeskAnalyst for a state agency in northPhoenix. You will provide day-to-daytechnical support to internal andexternal clients in a fast-pacedenvironment managed with ITILmethodology, a great seat for someonewith strong customer service instinctsand growing technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Providefirst-level support for inboundincidents and service requests frominternal and external end users
- Answer inbound phone calls and managethe technical support email inbox
- Respond professionally to calls,emails, chats, and voicemails
- Owncustomer support needs end to end withtimely, reliable, courteous service
- Help develop and improve workinstructions, procedures, standards,and documentation
- Keep skills currentto meet established service levels
- Share feedback and insights gained fromcustomer interactions
Required
- Customer support experience: answeringclient calls, active listening,adapting to different personalities
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills, verbal andwritten
- Strong organization, timemanagement, multi-tasking, andfollow-through
- Exceptional attendanceand a team-oriented, problem-solvingapproach
Preferred
- Experiencein an IT environment or end-usersupport role
- Remote troubleshootingof networking, server, and desktopincidents
- Google Workspace / Gmailexperience
- Incident management andservice request process familiarity
- Technical writing; PC hardware andsoftware knowledge
