SunSoft Online is hiring a Help Desk Analyst for an Arizona state agency (Enterprise Resource Planning Division).

- 1 year of help desk or troubleshooting experience

The work:
Technical support for the state's ERP system (AZ360) and HR/talent software (PageUp). Responding to phone and email queries, walking non-technical users through problem-solving, triaging and escalating tickets in ServiceNow, running data integrity reports, documenting processes, and supporting new-user orientation.Details:
