Assist pharmacists in the preparation, filling, and dispensing of prescription medications. Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients at the pharmacy counter, retrieving prescriptions, and processing transactions. Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing prescription drugs, medical supplies, and over-the-counter products. Update patient records, manage inventory data, process invoices, and perform accounting-related tasks using computerized pharmacy systems. Support pharmacy operations while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, Mandarin.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Six months of retail, pharmacy, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills preferred, including the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
- Proficiency with computers and pharmacy-related software systems preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control practices preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) certification preferred.

- 熟练掌握计算机操作及相关药房软件系统者优先。
- 具备库存管理和库存控制相关知识者优先。
- 持有美国药房技术员认证委员会（PTCB）认证或药房技术员资格认证考试（ExCPT）认证者优先。
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
