The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, order verification, and the provision of clinical pharmacy services in a healthcare setting. Under the direction of pharmacy leadership, the pharmacist reviews and verifies medication orders, maintains patient medication profiles, performs clinical interventions, provides pharmacokinetic dosing services as appropriate, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.

Additional responsibilities may include sterile and non-sterile compounding, participation in emergency response activities, medication reconciliation, medication-use evaluations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

This role provides oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians to ensure the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of medication preparation, compounding, dispensing, and distribution processes.

Schedule: Variable shifts based on operational needs, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese preferred.

药师负责医疗机构内药品的安全、准确调配，处方审核，以及临床药学服务的提供。在药学部门管理人员的指导下，药师负责审核和核准用药医嘱，维护患者用药档案，开展临床药学干预，根据需要提供药代动力学监测与剂量调整服务，并与医师、护士及其他医疗专业人员密切合作，优化患者药物治疗方案。

其他职责可能包括无菌及非无菌制剂的配制、参与紧急医疗响应工作、药物核对（Medication Reconciliation）、药物使用评估，以及确保各项工作符合相关法律法规、认证标准及机构政策要求。

该职位还负责对药房技术员（Pharmacy Technicians）进行监督和指导，确保药品调配、配制、发放及配送流程的准确性、安全性和运营效率。

工作时间：根据部门运营需求安排轮班，可能包括白班、晚班、夜班、周末及节假日工作。

具备英语及普通话和/或粤语双语能力者优先。

Pay: $45.00 - $85.00 per hour
