As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring patients receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up packaged medications from patients’ homes, healthcare facilities, and other designated locations. You will work closely with pharmacy staff to coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring prescriptions are dispatched promptly and delivered to the correct recipients. This role requires maintaining accurate records of all completed and attempted deliveries, handling required paperwork and payment transactions, and obtaining delivery confirmations and signatures when necessary. Drivers are also responsible for returning all collected co-payments, documentation, and delivery records to the pharmacy in a timely manner. A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service is essential, as you will serve as a direct representative of the pharmacy within the community.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
- Clean driving record required; DMV driving record may be requested for verification.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mileage compensated for work-related deliveries.
- Commitment to following all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Previous delivery, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred.

- 具备优秀的客户服务意识及沟通能力。
- 能够独立开展工作，同时保持高度的准确性和对细节的关注。
- 因工作需要产生的配送里程可按照公司政策获得里程补贴。
- 严格遵守所有交通法规、安全规范及公司政策。
- 具有配送、医疗保健或客户服务相关工作经验者优先，但非必需。
- 具备中英文双语沟通能力者优先。
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
