Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. Duties
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, ensuring compliance with pharmacy law and insurance requirements
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications.
- Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Detail-oriented; reliable and punctual
- Delivery medication to patient's homes
Requirements
- California Pharmacy Technician license is required; PTCB certification is preferred; 2-year experience in a retail pharmacy setting is required.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in medication management.
- Fluent in Spanish/Bilingual is required
