Duties
- Prepare a variety of deli items including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees with precision and flair

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, slicers, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production appliances safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety standards by adhering to sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for high-volume service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Support dietary department needs by preparing specialized meals and accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary

Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles, preferably with dietary aide or dietary department background
