Duties

• Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and shift assignments to maximize efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to meet sales targets
• Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor retail math metrics to optimize sales performance
• Implement operational procedures that enhance store productivity and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment

Skills

• Strong management skills with proven experience in retail or fuel station environments
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse customer engagement
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic bookkeeping practices
• Skilled in negotiation, purchasing strategies, and vendor relations to maximize profitability
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within retail industry sales environments
• Ability to handle payroll processing and employee orientation effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising
• Experience in retail sales management with a focus on customer service excellence

Pay: $49,300.00 - $59,500.00 per year
