Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including stocking shelves and merchandising products attractively.
- Handle cash handling duties with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end.
- Ensure compliance with phone etiquette standards when assisting customers over the phone or in person.
- Support inventory management by stocking supplies, conducting stock counts, and assisting with product demos or promotions as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Supervise or assist new team members when necessary, fostering a cooperative work environment.
- Follow safety protocols during fueling operations and store activities to ensure a secure environment for all.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
