Duties
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the issue and providing suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs or preferences.
- Collaborate with production to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Communicate availability, lead times, and constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Data entry: enter and process orders.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
