Evaluate leasing interactions, responsiveness, professionalism, and overall customer experience
Follow specific scenarios and instructions provided by leadership
Observe and document leasing practices, communication, and onsite presentation
Compile clear, accurate reports summarizing findings and observations
Report to the corporate office as needed to meet with leadership and review assignments
Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality throughout the assignment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to objectively document observations
Comfortable engaging with leasing staff and asking standard application‑related questions
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured instructions
Proficient with basic reporting and written summaries
Ability to travel locally between assigned properties
