Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend On-Call Rotation
Compensation: $35 – $50/hour (Depending on Experience)
Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do:
- Monitor residents overnight and respond to any medical concerns
- Lead care coordination and manage changes in resident condition
- Oversee medication administration and documentation
- Support caregivers on shift and ensure smooth transitions for morning staff
- Keep families informed and maintain accurate records in the EMR
- Promote a restful, secure environment for residents
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
- Dependable and confident working independently
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Passionate about senior care and comfortable leading a team overnight
