Your Responsibilities:
- Step in across various shifts to maintain quality resident care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility
- Build rapport and offer companionship through meaningful interaction
- Help ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living environments
- Accurately document care and report any health changes to the team
Qualifications:
- CNA certification or related caregiver experience (HHA, DSP, NA)
- Comfortable working as-needed/on-call with flexible hours
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
- A team player with a heart for serving older adults
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to jump in where needed most
