What You'll Do as a Night Nurse - LPN
- Plan, deliver, and monitor high-quality nursing care tailored to residents' needs.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and accurately document findings.
- Administer medications and manage chronic conditions to optimize residents' health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other staff, families, and external providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Keep residents' families informed of changes in health or care plans, fostering open and honest communication.
What You Bring to the Role
- A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric or long-term care is highly preferred.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required.
