Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Type: Full-Time temporary position with possibility of becoming permanent.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all new, used and wholesale vehicle sales, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify and post accounting transactions to proper journal accounts.
- Process payoff payments and apply for incentives/rebates.
- Reconcile assigned accounting schedules.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous dealership accounting or office experience preferred.
- Experience with CDK or Dealership DMS system preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and 10-Key calculator.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
