What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service. Previous automotive sales experience is great — but not required.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience (automotive preferred, not required)
- Comfortable with technology and CRM tools (e.g., E-Leads, V-auto)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Present vehicle options based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain contact with prospective and current clients
- Stay knowledgeable about inventory and product features
- Work collaboratively to meet individual and team goals
Job Details:
- Location: In-person at our Seminole, FL dealership
- Job Type: Full-time, Commission-Based
- Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000 per year (performance-based)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Sundays: Always closed
