We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing accounting services team. This is a critical role in supporting our small business clients by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. About the Role:
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions and reports for our diverse client base. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high standard of accuracy, and has experience supporting clients in the gas station or fuel distribution industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients as needed
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience
- 3–5 years of working in a client-facing role
- Previous experience supporting gas stations, fuel distributors, or similar industries
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Accounting CS (Creative Solutions Software Suite) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
- Capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Clear and professional communication (verbal and written)

As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
