Pay Rate : $30–$32.20/hour (W2)

We’re seeking a Senior Quality Control Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled quality professional to work onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do
- Conduct lot release testing and material inspections for incoming and in-process components
- Perform independent reviews of materials and quality documentation
- Support Quality Engineers in gathering data and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Provide peer reviews and mentorship to junior technicians
- Analyze inspection results and perform basic statistical analysis
- Document findings, generate reports, and enter results into databases
- Collaborate across teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements
- Support audits, CAPAs, and internal manufacturing processes
Who You Are
- An experienced quality control professional with 8 years in QC, preferably in GMP and ISO-regulated environments
- A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, and regulatory teams
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying process improvements
- Capable of performing hands-on work in a lab environment, including mechanical tasks and material handling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; technical/vocational training preferred
- Advanced understanding of GXP, ISO, QSR, 21 CFR, and other regulatory standards
- Experience with inspection tools, statistical software (Minitab, Excel), and lab equipment
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train others
- Experience leading or contributing to CAPAs, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a time-sensitive manufacturing environment
