Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Tustin, CA. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing bookkeeping tasks, managing journal entries, and working with Yardi accounting software. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial documents, provide support in managing financial data and transactions, and collaborate with managers and vendors regarding accounts receivable and payable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements, Bookkeeping, and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Experience with Accounting Software (Yardi preferred)
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
