We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and proactive Facilities Technician to oversee daily facility upkeep, maintenance, repair, and operation of the Bank’s building systems and infrastructure. This role ensures safety compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in all facility-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and weekly facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, building controls, fire safety systems, elevators, solar panels, and EV charging stations.
- Manage general repairs including drywall, painting, lighting, carpentry, and door hardware.
- Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors/vendors ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, fire codes, ADA, and company safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inventories.
- Monitor energy usage and support sustainability initiatives.
- Participate in training and provide guidance on facility safety and equipment use.
- Serve as a liaison between facilities and building occupants to resolve issues and improve service.
The strong candidate will bring technical knowledge, hands-on experience with commercial building systems, and at least five years of experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, or a related technical field. Success in this role also requires the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Pay Range: $31.25-$38.46/hour
