CMM Operator – 2nd Shift
Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM Pay: $25–$35/hr 10% shift differential (based on experience)
Position Overview
Seeking a CMM Operator responsible for inspecting precision components and ensuring products meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment.
- Inspect components throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify quality issues and communicate findings to appropriate teams.
- Complete inspection documentation and quality reports.
- Support process improvements through accurate measurement and reporting.
Required Experience
- Experience operating CMM inspection equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement techniques.

- Gantry CMM
- Absolute Arm
- Leica Laser Tracker
- PolyWorks
- PC-DMIS
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace manufacturing inspection.
- Composite manufacturing inspection.
- Programming experience with CMM software.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
