currently hiring experienced Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erectors for a project in Merritt Island, Florida. We are seeking skilled individuals with a strong background in steel building erection who can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
This is a long-term project offering competitive pay, per diem, overtime opportunities, and travel compensation.
Pay & Project Details
- $30.00 per hour
- $100 per day Per Diem
- $150 Travel Pay
- 50–60 hours per week
- Approximately 3-month project
- Immediate openings available
Responsibilities
- Erect pre-engineered metal building systems
- Install structural steel components
- Install insulated and non-insulated wall panels
- Install trim packages, gutters, and downspouts
- Install standing seam roofing systems
- Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Work safely at heights while utilizing proper fall protection equipment
- Maintain quality workmanship and jobsite safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings
- Experience installing wall panels, trim, gutter systems, and standing seam roofing
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work
- Must possess hand tools required for the trade
- Must have proper PPE, including:
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- Work boots
- Full-body harness
- Double lanyard
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Acceptable Identification Documents
