What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retention Coordinator position at Summit Home Care?
Summit Home Care is looking for a Retention Coordinator to join our intake department. The Retention Coordinator is responsible for communicating with patients and government entities, which include accurate data entry and active follow ups. Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with all departments to reach our common goals. If you are well-versed in Medicaid and MLTC, including ePaces, HHA Exchange experience is a plus.
Position Requirements
- Must speak FLUENT ENGLISH and FLUENT SPANISH. Really, if you don't speak BOTH FLUENT ENGLISH and FLUENT SPANISH, DO NOT APPLY. We aren't going to make an exception and nothing on your resume is going to impress us enough to change that.
- Home Care Experience: 1 year
- Must have good writing skills
- Strong time management skills
- Compassionate and caring
- Must be organized, have problem solving skills, and strong follow up engagement
