What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Summit Home Care?
Summit Home Health Care is seeking a Physical therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home based or group home settings. Summit's growing DDD department has immediate part time shifts available for PTs, OTs, as well as SLPs.
Job Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals and treatment modalities.
- Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential
- Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
- All new hires, including new graduates, will be supported and mentored
