Summit Academy is seeking a dynamic, organized, and faith-filled Business Office Manager who is passionate about supporting Christian education through strong leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. We are looking for an individual who desires to live out their Christian faith in a vibrant school community, demonstrates a sincere love for students and families, and approaches their work with professionalism, integrity, and positivity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage tuition billing, accounts receivable, and financial record keeping
  • Assist with budgeting, payroll coordination, purchasing, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate student records and support enrollment processes
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with families, staff, and vendors
  • Support school leadership with organizational and operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and state program requirements
  • Contribute positively to the life and mission of the school community

Qualifications

  • A vibrant and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ
  • A calling to Christian education and servant leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, accounting, administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational, financial, and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in bookkeeping, school administration, or office management preferred
  • Commitment to the mission and vision of Summit Academy

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
