Job Purpose:
The Lunch Assistant at Summit Christian Academy is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the school lunch program, ensuring that meals are prepared and served efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup of the school lunch area, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
- Participate in cooking and meal preparation activities, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Help with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
