Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor in Muncie, IN. In this role, you'll earn hourly pay plus performance-based pay and SPIFs, with total earnings potential between $75,000 and $100,000/year, and top performers can exceed that range.
This is a full-time heating and cooling service position, Monday through Friday, with in-home consultations scheduled as needed. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service when needed.

You'll visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations, assess their comfort needs, and clearly present HVAC replacement options.
