Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing maintenance and service calls for residential customers, including diagnostics and repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates and detailed proposals for service, repair, and replacement options.
- Conduct routine SCA maintenance to ensure system longevity and optimal performance.
- Inspect and service water, drain, and gas systems, as well as fixtures and valves.
- Educate customers on maintenance needs and available solutions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Document all work performed, including system details, services completed, and customer discussions.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and uphold company values in every customer interaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
- Maintain company-provided vehicle, equipment, and uniforms in a clean and organized manner.
- Support a positive work environment by fostering respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

Compensation
$55,000$85,000 per year (Hourly Incentive Pay)
$1,500 tool allowance for entry-level employees or $5,000 sign-on bonus for those with 2 years of experience.
$10,000 sign-on bonus for Journeymen license holders!
