This position can earn anywhere from $65k to $100k a year with a $5200 sign on bonus for experienced candidates with a year or more of industry experience! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC COMFORT CONSULTANT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Your strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills help you as an HVAC Comfort Consultant / Sales Representative to properly diagnose equipment and explain solutions to customers. You properly communicate and explain the entire process to the customer, ensuring their involvement from start to finish. Turning visits into closed sales is easy for you and your personable demeanor. As a result, you exceed company expectations about closing rates and selling averages. After each sale, you design the job on-site, inform the manager of needed equipment, and ensure that the install department has the necessary information to work efficiently. You enjoy spending your days promoting quality in-home comfort at great prices!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to complete job-related tasks in crawl spaces and attics (when needed)
- Able to participate in an on-call rotation
