Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Comfort Consultant who knows how to build relationships, earn customers' trust, and close deals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Sales: Run scheduled, in-home HVAC sales appointments with qualified leads provided by the company.
• Build Relationships: Connect with homeowners, understand their comfort concerns, and establish trust through honest, professional communication.
• Recommend Solutions: Evaluate customer needs and present HVAC replacement systems, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Close Deals: Confidently present options, overcome objections, and turn opportunities into sales.
• Create Estimates: Prepare accurate, professional proposals and clearly explain financing and available options.
• Follow Through: Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with HVAC service, installation, and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Own Your Results: Manage your pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and consistently work toward sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve goals.
• Previous HVAC sales or residential home service experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in presenting pricing, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and stay accountable for your performance.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRM systems and technology.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when customer appointments require it.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
