Role Description
The Front of House Manager is a full-time position located on-site at our Wilmington, DE location. The role involves overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, leading and training front-of-house team members, addressing guest inquiries, and fostering a sales-driven, customer-focused environment. The manager will also ensure compliance with all company and health regulations while promoting a collaborative and professional team culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Proven expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of menu offerings and dining room management.
- Experience in Training and developing team members to deliver excellent service and uphold company standards.
- Sales skills with an ability to promote menu items and enhance the guest experience.
- Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service.
- Prior experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
