Front of House Leader / Manager

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership or management experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- Ability to confidently lead a team during high-volume shifts
- Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence
- Passion for hospitality, coaching, and developing others
- Professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Front of House Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Front of House operations during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest experience, hospitality, and food accuracy
- Coach and develop Team Members in real time
- Hold team members accountable to operational and service standards
- Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new hires
- Help execute labor deployment and shift organization
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Create a positive and productive team environment
- Support restaurant goals surrounding speed of service, accuracy, and hospitality
- Complete opening, closing, and leadership tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Previous leadership experience required

- Candidates currently pursuing or who have completed a college degree are preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and highly accountable
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail

- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly
