Role Description
The FOH (Front of House) Manager at Sullivan's Steakhouse will lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities include managing front-of-house staff, overseeing dining room operations, implementing training programs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with food and safety standards. The FOH Manager will also play a key role in driving sales and promoting guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Leawood, KS.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster guest satisfaction and effective team interactions
- Proficiency in managing Food & Beverage operations, including a solid understanding of menu offerings, food safety, and presentation
- Experience in Training and developing staff to maintain high service standards
- Sales skills to drive revenue through promotions, guest engagement, and relationship building
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is desirable
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
