Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exemplary customer service by warmly greeting, welcoming, assisting, and directing customers in a pleasant, professional, and helpful manner.
- Actively listen to our clients and their needs and exceed clients’ expectations.
- Set appointments for loaner vehicle reservations.
- Generate car loaner agreements, explain terms to clients, collect required documentation, and complete vehicle inspections.
- Check-in loaner cars being returned by clients when picking up their vehicle from service. Inspect vehicles upon return for fuel usage and damage. Process observed damages with the customer's insurance.
- Check-out clients picking up their vehicles from service, collect payment, and connect them with their advisor or manager if they have questions. Support the active delivery process.
- Maintain daily inventory accountability to accommodate the booking of reservations and the timely delivery of reserved vehicles.
- Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management and other departments in order to provide the best possible customer experience. Complete required Subaru and dealership training.
- High manufacturer CSI customer satisfaction survey scores is a must, you’re part of this process and review.
- Ensure loaners that are scheduled for delivery are cleaned, inspected for damage, filled with at least 1/4 tank of fuel, and parked in designated area for delivery.
- Maintain loaner vehicle records and ensure all documentation requirements are met for each loaner contract.
- Escort each customer to their loaner vehicle, perform a walk around that covers preexisting damage and fuel levels.
- Follow-up with customers through the return of loaner and the completion of loaner process, perform a thorough walk around on returned rentals. Report damages accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Online car rental, management, and reservation software experience preferred (TSD)
- 1 years customer service experience required
- Strong communication skills – friendly, great attitude
- Must have a valid and clean driver’s license
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and Excel
· Highly motivated, punctual, and strong work ethic
· Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
