Responsibilities:
· Provide a high level of customer service greet dealership clients as they arrive, answering questions and directing them as needed.in a courteous and professional manner.
· Promptly and professionally greet dealership clients
· Answer all incoming calls and taking messages as needed
· Replenish Cafe' waiting area with beverages and snacks.
· Maintain clean and safe work environment.
· Light Clerical responsibilities.
Qualifications:
· Prior receptionist or hospitality experience preferred
· Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Outlook
· Professional appearance, excellent personality, and positive attitude
· Strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach
· Outstanding customer communication and follow-up skills
