POSITION SUMMARY

Audi Gilbert is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professional to join our Sales team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about luxury automobiles, enjoys building lasting customer relationships, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will represent the Audi brand while assisting customers throughout the vehicle selection, purchasing, and delivery process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.

·       Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate vehicles.

·       Maintain thorough knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, technology, and available options.

·       Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

·       Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.

·       Explain vehicle features and technology during the sales and delivery process.

·       Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure an efficient customer experience.

·       Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods.

·       Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

·       Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within dealership systems.

·       Stay informed regarding current manufacturer programs, incentives, and promotions.

·       Meet or exceed established individual and dealership sales goals.

·       Participate in dealership training, sales meetings, and manufacturer training programs.

·       Maintain a professional appearance and represent Volvo Cars Gilbert in a positive manner.

·       Assist with maintaining vehicle displays and ensuring inventory is properly presented.

·       Work Environment:

·       May work indoors or outdoors and be exposed to vehicle traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and typical automotive workplace conditions.

·    Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS 

·       Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.

·       Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.

·       Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

·       Professional and customer-focused attitude.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to meet established sales goals.

·       Comfortable learning vehicle technology and explaining features to customers.

·       Basic computer and CRM skills.

·       Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
