What You’ll Own

100% accountability for internet lead performance and appointment results

Building and coaching a results-driven BDC team

Enforcing follow-up processes with zero excuses

Driving response times under 10 minutes

Improving show ratios, closing ratios, and overall digital conversion

CRM management, reporting, and performance tracking

Working directly with Sales Management to hit aggressive volume targets
