About the Role We are looking for a hands-on driven BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. This is an active leadership role where you will coach and develop the team every day to generate more appointments and sales opportunities.
Key Daily Responsibilities Role play inbound and outbound sales calls with each BDC rep every day Monitor live and recorded inbound calls grade at least one call per rep daily and give immediate feedback Enforce focused calling blocks from 8 to 10 AM and 4 to 6 PM Clear all unfinished work from absent reps using this exact priority order fresh internet leads first then unanswered communications appointment confirmations missed appointments and unsold walk ins Make sure every rep completes the full 5 day follow up process Delegate tasks from missing reps to available team members when needed
Schedule and Expectations Clock in by 8 00 AM Take lunch at 1 00 PM Clock out at the end of your scheduled shift Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
