We are a fun, easy-going, and high-volume chiropractic, massage, and neurofeedback office in Upcountry Maui, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a steady but fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized front desk experience.
Who You Are
You are friendly, dependable, and naturally warm with people. You communicate clearly and professionally, and you enjoy helping clients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in.
You are organized, able to multitask, and can stay focused during busy periods. You follow systems well, take direction easily, and handle your responsibilities with consistency and care.
You are reliable and punctual, and take pride in showing up on time and ready to support the flow of the office.
You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with the Jane scheduling platform (or similar systems) is a plus. If you don’t have direct experience with Jane, you are comfortable using digital systems and able to learn new platforms quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling Check clients in and out using the Jane scheduling system Support the flow of the front desk during your shifts Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk environment Occasionally watch children while parents are receiving care
A Little About Our Practice
We are a family-focused, community-oriented office that serves a high volume of clients while maintaining a relaxed and upbeat atmosphere. A love for kids and babies is important in this role.
Position Details
- Pay: $20/hour during a 3-month probationary period, increasing to $25/hour once you are fully trained and confidently managing your responsibilities independently
- Schedule (~22 hrs/week):
- Tuesday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
- Thursday: 2:00pm – 8:00pm
-Saturday: 9:30am – 3:30pm
- Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Friday
- Growth: Additional hours may be available over time Experience: Customer service or front desk experience required; experience with Jane (or similar scheduling software) strongly preferred
