We are a fun, easy-going, and high-volume chiropractic, massage, and neurofeedback office in Upcountry Maui, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Office Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the front office and serving as a key support to our chiropractors, helping ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care.
You’ll play an important role in both the client experience and the day-to-day operations of the practice.

You have experience and are comfortable managing billing processes. You understand the importance of accuracy and follow-through when working with insurance claims and client accounts.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during your shifts Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming phone calls in a clear, friendly, and efficient manner Manage scheduling and support the daily flow of appointments Check clients in and out using our online booking system Process payments and support billing accuracy Manage billing workflows, including insurance billing, claims follow-up, and maintaining accurate client accounts Act as a right-hand support to the chiropractors, helping them stay on schedule and ensuring their day runs smoothly Maintain organization of the front office and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Help create a calm, welcoming, and well-run environment Occasionally watch children while parents are receiving care
A Little About Our Practice
We are a community and family-focused practice serving a high volume of clients while maintaining a relaxed, supportive, and upbeat atmosphere. A love for kids and babies is important in this role.
Position Details
- Pay: $25/hour during a 3-month probationary period, increasing to $30/hour once you are fully trained and confidently managing all aspects of the role
- Schedule (20–22 hrs/week):
- Monday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (full-day anchor shift)
Days Off: Sunday, Thursday, Saturday
Growth: Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and hours over time
Experience: Prior office or administrative experience required; experience with billing and insurance processing is required (chiropractic or healthcare setting strongly preferred)

Within the first few months, you are confidently managing the front office during your shifts, keeping the schedule flowing smoothly, maintaining accurate billing processes, and acting as a reliable, proactive support to the chiropractors so their days run seamlessly.
