Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is hiring motivated sales professionals to sell appliances, furniture, flooring, mattresses, and more. We need energetic people who take initiative, enjoy helping customers, and want their performance to influence their earnings.

What you’ll do

• Greet customers, ask questions, and recommend products that fit their needs and budget.
• Sell confidently, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
• Explain available financing, lease-to-own options, delivery services, and warranty options accurately.
• Record customer information and sales opportunities in our CRM.
• Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and online messages.
• Respond to incoming leads and help promote inventory through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and video.
• Keep merchandise priced, presentable, and ready to sell.
• Confirm product availability, condition, and order details before completing purchases.
• Work with management on customer turnovers and opportunities that need help closing.
• Meet sales goals while providing service that earns positive reviews and repeat business.

Sales experience preferred: Furniture, appliances, mattresses, automotive, flooring, home improvement, wireless, door-to-door, or other sales positions involving customer needs, follow-up, and closing.
