Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is essential in ensuring our clients and students receive exceptional support and a smooth, positive experience throughout their interactions with Skillbridge Academy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, students, and partners, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to coordinate solutions and updates.
  • Provide guidance, support, and accurate information regarding programs, services, and processes.
  • Address concerns or issues with patience and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Document interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist with program coordination as needed.
