We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kansas City, MO and support daily customer service and office operations. This role focuses on assisting clients, guests, and internal teams by providing prompt support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout events and office interactions
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding events, schedules, and services
- Assist with registrations, confirmations, and general support requests
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Support event and client teams with customer-related paperwork
Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous clerical, office, or customer service experience is a plus
