You’ll support clients in reaching their flexibility, mobility, and recovery goals—whether they’re looking to relieve stress, improve athletic performance, or simply move through life with more freedom.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Current certification in one or more of the following:Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Personal Training (NASM, ACE, etc.), Physical Therapy Aide, Yoga, Pilates, Kinesiology, Sports & Exercise Science, or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred).2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or bodywork.A passion for wellness, movement, and helping others.Excellent communication, reliability, and professionalism.Local to the area or planning to relocate soon.Perks & Benefits:Part-time hours (20 per week) in a fun, welcoming studio setting.Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.Fully paid, nationally recognized Flexologist Certification (60 hours).Bonus potential client tips.Growth pathways to Lead or Master Flexologist.Team-building events, community outreach, and studio socials.Access to ongoing continuing education and skills sharing.Supplemental benefits available.Key Responsibilities:Deliver dynamic, effective, and safe one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.Build strong relationships and motivate clients throughout their wellness journey.Track client progress, manage session notes, and support recurring bookings.Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.Represent StretchLab at community events and on social media.Attend required team meetings and training refreshers.About StretchLab:Founded in 2015 in Venice, CA, StretchLab is the industry leader in one-on-one assisted stretching.
