Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – Fertility Care

Role Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will deliver advanced clinical care to patients navigating fertility treatments. This includes patient assessment, diagnostics, treatment planning, and ongoing support. You will work collaboratively with reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and the care team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation.
- Develop and implement individualized fertility treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and support throughout the fertility journey.
- Assist with procedures such as ultrasounds, follicle monitoring, and other fertility-related interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois (or ability to obtain).
- Certification as an NP (preferred in women’s health, family, or adult-gerontology).
- Experience in reproductive endocrinology, fertility, or women’s health strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
