I’m working with a fast-growing energy technology company that is scaling a complex hardware manufacturing platform and looking to hire a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer / Supplier Industrialization Engineer with strong experience across plastics, tooling, and supplier launch.
This role sits between design engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, tooling, and quality, helping take critical plastic components from early design through tooling qualification, process validation, and production readiness.
You’ll be involved in:
- DFM / DFA reviews with internal engineering teams
- Supplier selection, development, and launch support
- Tooling qualification and process validation
- Injection molding / thermoplastic manufacturing processes
- GD&T, 2D drawings, 3D CAD, and tolerance reviews
- APQP, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, SPC, SCARs, and 8D problem-solving
