Overview
This role supports day-to-day hiring across the company. You’ll handle candidate flow, scheduling, and basic screening. You are not setting strategy—you are executing it cleanly and quickly.
Responsibilities
• Post jobs and keep listings current
• Review resumes and move qualified candidates forward
• Conduct initial phone screens using set criteria
• Schedule interviews (in-person and Teams)
• Track all activity in the ATS and keep notes updated
• Coordinate with hiring managers on interview timing and feedback
• Run reference checks and assist with background screening process
• Maintain candidate communication from first contact through offer
• Support hiring for field and office roles as needed
• Assist with career fairs and basic outreach
Requirements
• 0–2 years experience in recruiting, HR, or admin work
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear, direct communication
• Ability to manage volume without dropping details
• Comfortable on the phone and coordinating schedules
• Proficient in basic systems (email, Excel, ATS)
• Must be reliable and responsive
