Jupiter Payments is a rapidly growing fintech company headquartered in Jupiter, Florida. We build payment infrastructure, POS software, and partner ecosystems across the country.

We work with:

• 1099 sales agents
• Smaller ISO offices
• Referral partners
• ISVs
• Vertical-specific software dealers
• Vertical- specific merchants

We’re looking for someone who knows how to find people, build relationships, and create momentum. Someone who understands that growth doesn’t happen by accident.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Hunt and recruit high-producing 1099 agents
• Source and develop ISV and software partnerships
• Identify and court smaller ISO portfolios
• Build outbound multi-touch campaigns (LinkedIn, email, text, calls)
• Live inside LinkedIn & LinkedIn Recruiter
• Drive conversations that turn into producing relationships
• Work directly with leadership on expansion strategy

This is sourcing.

This is business development.

This is channel expansion.

This is relationship building.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly active on LinkedIn (power user level)
• Comfortable on the phone
• Quick thinker
• Self-sufficient
• Proactive
• High energy
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• Understands merchant services / fintech (preferred, not required)
• Can build structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels

You must be comfortable creating opportunity from nothing.
