Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure in an onsite environment in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with networking technologies, troubleshooting, and day-to-day network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks
- Manage network security including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures
- Collaborate with systems, security, and application teams
- Provide on-site support and respond to incidents as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar networking equipment
- Experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of network security best practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise or data center environments
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network )
- Experience with VoIP and wireless networks
